Economic policy-making and economics instruction in Canada have both increasingly come to reflect a conservative, free-market perspective. There is an urgent need to promote an alternative, progressive economics community in Canada. The goals of the forum is include, challenging the free-market orthodoxy which dominates both economics instruction and economic policy-making in Canada. This blog is very informative for everyone, especially for those immigrants they are leaving in Canada and wants to intermingle in Canadian culture and society. Majority of immigrants came from different societies and cultures. This blog provides them so much usefull information regarding Government policies, job growth, individual and corporate taxes, education, health and much more. The layout of the blog is very good. It's theme is attractive and thoughtful.

When discussed in the abstract, love usually refers to interpersonal love, an experience felt by a person for another person. The absolute best feeling in the world is love. Love, is described to every individual differently. Whether it lasts for a month or a lifetime, love is an amazing feeling of confidence and beauty. What is Love? There are lots of answers to that question. There is the love of almighty God. There is love between man and a woman. Love for a child, which is unconditional love. Love is the best feeling known to mankind, and also the worst feeling in the world. If you've ever been in true love you will understand what I mean. On this blog majority of participants described their love stories. I found all stories rubbish. In my opinion falling in true love can happen only once in the whole life. Those they fall in love every two or three years are not even familiar with true love. I find it especially hard to stay interested in a blog in which there is no opinion conveyed. It is totally wasting of time.

In the United States, oil sands resources are primarily concentrated in eastern Utah. With a total of 32 billion barrels of oil in eight major deposits in the Utah counties. They are developing and producing "Oil Sands" in Utah, but they always criticized Canada on oil sands developments. Even though, Canada is the largest supplier of crude oil and refined products to the United States, supplying about 20% of total U.S. imports and exports, more oil and products to the U.S. than it consumes itself. Although, I enjoyed this layout and the presentation of this blog, I like the topic, comments about oil sands, environment and energy. I appreciate it that the author creates an opportunity to her readers. She is focusing on wrong facts and figures and trying to destroy Canada and Canadian oil sands reputation and image in front of her readers. I found this blog not informative, especially for those they really want to know the truthful reality about Canada, oil sands, Canadian policies, and environment.

Gurdeep Sanghera's Likes and Dislikes
Liking and disliking are a part of human nature. In this blog, I am going to tell you about two things that I like and two I do not like.
Math has many wonderful ideas that help me to deal with basic and complicated money matters, solve real world problems, and improve my language skills. After completing my math courses, I was able to solve money problems like interest and discount calculations. Math also equipped me with many english words which I use daily. Math has many abstract ideas which help me to understand how, when, and why I need to think for any math problems. My desire is to study higher level math but time does not allow me. I wish I could study more advance math in the future and fulfil my desire.
Like #2: Jumping on My Trampoline
I love to jump on my trampoline. It gives me chances to spend time with my children and nephews when they jump on it. It also helps me to maintain my body burning extra fat. I jump, somersault, and do other tricks with my children. It reminds me of my childhood. In my childhood, I used to climb on the trees, somersault on the grass, and run in races. When I jump on the trampoline, I feel like I am flying through the air.
Dislike #1: Some of My Learning Strategies
Some of my learning strategies are very crazy and problematic. Whenever I learn any new material, it takes so long for me to understand. I get frustrated, anxious, and angry if things do not make sense to me. I always try to put ideas my own way which does not work all the time. When ideas do not make sense to me in the first place, I keep trying the same things over and over and lose my patience. This process causes problems and affects my diet and health. I lose appetite, sleep, and get sick.
Dislike #2: Smoking
I think smoking is increasing at an alarming rate. People have many health problems because of smoking, but they do not want to quit it. It bothers me too much when somebody smokes around me. I cannot breathe properly, and start sneezing and coughing. The smell does not go away from my clothes for many days. Many people lose their lives because of lung cancers they develop by smoking. Many smokers also have a habit of leaving important work that needs to be done. I hate when pregnant ladies smoke, because they put new coming life in danger.

Gurdeep Sanghera's Self Introduction
Hi, everybody,My name is Gurdeep Sanghera. I came to Canada in 1991 from India. I am married to a wonderful husband and have two children. I started working in 1995 at Subway and was there for five years. In 1999, I started new employment with Maple Leaf Poultry and worked for this company for seven years. Even though I was working a lot, my dream was to go back to school pursue further education. Because of my busy life, I was not able to make my dream come true as soon as I wanted. My dream started coming true when I joined fabulous NorQuest College in 2008. My academic upgrading program focused on mathematics and English, and ran from 2009 to 2010. This program equipped me with so much knowledge and opened a new path to go to Nait where I started the first year of my Business Admin program. Everyday I love learning new material and am always excited to help and meet other people.
